Booking
How do I book a transfer?
Send us a message on WhatsApp, LINE or Messenger, or simply call. Tell us your date, flight number, pickup and drop-off, and how many people and bags. We reply with a confirmation — usually within minutes.
How far in advance should I book?
A day or more ahead is ideal, especially in high season (November–April). Last-minute requests are welcome — message us and we will do our best.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge. Because you pay nothing in advance, just let us know as early as possible in the same chat.
Pricing & payment
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. There is no deposit and no online payment. You pay the driver in cash (Thai Baht) after the trip.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car. The price you see covers everyone in the vehicle, plus fuel, tolls and airport parking.
Are there extra charges at night?
Our prices are fixed. If anything would change the price — like an extra stop — we tell you before you book, never after.
On the road
Where will the driver meet me?
In the arrivals hall at Phuket Airport, at the meeting point by Exit 2 and 3, holding a sign with your name. We send the driver’s name and phone number the day before.
What if my flight is delayed?
No problem. We track your flight and adjust the pickup time automatically, at no extra cost.
Can we stop on the way?
Of course — a quick stop at a 7-Eleven, pharmacy or viewpoint is always fine. Just ask your driver.
Safety & comfort
Are your drivers licensed?
Yes. All drivers hold a Thai public-transport driving licence, know the area well and speak English.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Please tell us your child’s age when booking so we can bring the right seat.
Are the vehicles insured?
Every vehicle carries passenger insurance and is cleaned and checked before each trip.
